Teaching
Michael is the CEO and a teacher at Music Lessons In Your House. He started playing in 1979 and has been teaching since 1987. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Berklee College of Music. He is an active member of the National Piano Guild (American College of Musicians).
Performance
Michael is the former drummer for Miami 2017 (Billy Joel Tribute) and Messenger (Christian Hard Rock Band). His solo acoustic guitar/vocal performances pay tribute to decades of Rock & Roll: 50's, 60's 70's 80's & 90's and feature his original material.
Composition
He produced three CDs of original material: Acoustic Pop, Supernatural and Moth & Rust. Michael received honorable mentions Piano Guild Magazines for his piano compositions: After The Storm (Summer of 2020), Faith (Summer of 2022), and Sunset Lullaby (Summer of 2023).

Philosophy
Over the years Michael has learned that passion for music can't be taught, but appreciation for music can be encouraged. Discovering music that stirs the soul will result in excitement to learn. Michael's philosophy is that he is a guide and the student is the teacher. All students must be self taught.
