Teaching

Marcus "RED" Parham started playing guitar in 2004 and started teaching in 2020. Red is a clear example of what you can achieve if you give it 100% and apply yourself.

                                                       Performance

Forming and touring in the Reston, VA based band RDGLDGRN (pronounced RED GOLD GREEN) has taken RED to all 48 continental states, 12 countries in Europe, Australia, The Caribbean, Mexico, and Canada.

 

                             Composition

RED's band has written and produced 3 albums and has songs published in movies, video games, and tv shows (The Wrong Missy on Netflix, Need for Speed Rivals, UFC 2, Madden23, The Sims, CSI Miami, & HBO's Hard Knocks to name a few).

                               Philosophy

Let's have a good time playing music and expressing ourselves through music. We can learn to play songs, write songs, record & produce songs. It won't always be an easy road though, some moments may require some serious legwork, but we can stay focused on our goals and accomplish them.
